Product Development
This hoodie is structured as a development base rather than a fixed stock item. The raglan sleeve block, high-collar hood and contrast hem band can be adjusted to a brand's fit intent, while the sun-fade gradient direction can be reproduced in other tonal colourways. French terry weight, composition and hand feel are confirmed at sampling, and the chest print area can be resized or replaced under a brand's own artwork programme.
Sample Development Notes
At sampling, confirm the French terry composition and weight, raglan sleeve length and body block, hood depth and metal eyelet placement, kangaroo pocket size and internal zip position, contrast hem band width and red drawcord cinch behaviour, rib cuff height, and the chest print size, colour and method against the approved artwork.
OEM / ODM / Private Label
OEM: build the raglan hoodie from the buyer's own tech pack, measurements, colourways and labels. ODM: develop from the HUCAI direction, including the sun-fade gradient concept, contrast hem band, internal zip pocket and print placement. Private label: apply the buyer's branding, woven labels and packaging to the same construction and finish.
