approach combines supplier lab testing with factory-level garment validation.
Stage 1: Fabric Laboratory Testing (Supplier Stage)
Partner mills perform tests following AATCC 135 and ISO 5077 standards:
1. Fabric samples are marked and measured.
2. Washed under controlled temperature (40–60°C).
3. Dried according to fabric type.
4. Post-wash dimensions are compared to pre-wash measurements.
Shrinkage must be less than 3% in both warp (lengthwise) and weft (widthwise) directions.
All reports are reviewed by
HUCAI's fabric development team before approval for cutting.
Stage 2: HUCAI In-House Garment Recheck
After production, our QA team conducts garment-level verification:
- Compare pre- and post-wash dimensions (length, chest, waist, inseam)
- Inspect stitch stability, seam tension, and logo adhesion
- Confirm color alignment between panels
- Evaluate pattern consistency across production lots
Any deviations beyond tolerance are addressed with both supplier and production teams before next batch manufacturing.
